    Once you purchase a culture report, it is prepared and delivered to you in digital format based on the information you provide.

  • Review Period:
    You are encouraged to review the delivered report carefully. The report is deemed accepted upon delivery unless you notify us of any issues within 10 days of receipt.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once a culture report has been delivered. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Valid Refund Requests:
    If there is a documented error or a failure to meet the specifications agreed upon in your service contract, you may be eligible for a refund, partial refund, or a revised report. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days from the report delivery date.

  • Evaluation Process:

  • After Report Commencement:
    If you request a cancellation after the report creation process has begun but before final delivery, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

  • Post-Delivery Cancellations:
    Once the report has been finalized and delivered, cancellations are not permitted, except in cases where a valid issue is identified as per our refund terms.

5. Revisions

If you discover factual errors or omissions in your delivered report, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, provide a revised report at no additional cost.
